Hello Leaders,

WOW! What a week. The new year is officially off and running. We had an amazing week capped off with a spectacular Freedom Friday. The phones were ringing off the hook. We were breaking pins right up until midnight. I want to congratulate a couple of people and Teams that worked together and smoked Freedom Friday. It goes to show when you are focused and on a mission you can’t be denied.

Kudos go to Paul Lovato’s Team and Lynnette Edic in Fort Worth, Texas and Don Bassey in San Francisco. Lynnette and Don achieved Bronze Friday night. We had so much fun with Melanie Linebaugh and Paul working so hard to help Don who helped Bobby Caffey reach Builder 500. Then in Texas working with Lynnette to help Gail Rodriguez reach Builder 500 and Lynnette Bronze.

These are just a couple of examples of when we work together as a Team with goals and focus what can happen. The key to your success in building a strong, rock solid, Team that will be your foundation for multi-generational residual income is to focus on Builder 500 and Bronze pins. If you do, it will by definition, trigger Silvers, Golds, Platinums, Emeralds, Diamonds and more. We talked all last week on the Go Diamond Daily Focus calls on how to build depth in your organization and these Teams implemented the concepts and strategies your Leaders taught and look what happened.

Speaking about the morning Go Diamond Daily Focus calls I want to say how excited I am to have new Leaders joining the training Team. Kendrick Epps in Alabama and Jason Keltner in Kentucky have joined the rotation and their willingness to give us their time and experience and training on what has made them so successful is invaluable. It is so great to have young and up and coming Leaders as well as Triple Diamond David Moses and Double Diamond Mike Sims join us in the morning. I want to thank Dale Taylor in Arizona who has been a trainer on the calls since the beginning of Zija and Cindy Chrenek in Calgary for giving up some of their calls to allow time to include other Leaders. We all will be rotating throughout the weeks and months to come to help every single person who is serious about creating a fortune in Zija International learn what it takes to reach the pinnacle of success.

We begin our Prosperity Tour travel schedules in full force this week. Make sure you continue to check the OneTeamWorldwide website events calendar to keep current with the meetings around North America and the Leadership’s travel schedule. I know I am looking forward to heading to San Francisco this week from Wednesday through Saturday to work with Paul Lovato and the incredible Northern California Team. Your Leaders request that if you are having any meetings in your local market that you be sure and email them to Alan Luk at alankwluk@gmail.com so he can post them on the website calendar. If we all work together as a Team so anyone in North America can find meetings for people they know in markets with meetings we all will grow so much faster.

The $20,000 Double Power Builder Bonus promotion ends Friday January 29

David Moses and the company has given us an extra financial incentive to help everyone get the year off to a rocket start. If you have placed a single 350 PV order at any time, every time you enroll a new Distributor with a Builder Pack or greater and help them enroll their two new Distributors with Builder Packs or greater the company will double the Builder Bonus to $200. Also anyone who enrolls three new Distributors or Preferred Customers at any level who are on autoship for two months you will receive a $50 bonus each month their autoship runs their first two months.

If the budget is used up before the 29th the promotion will end. I know the go-getters are focused with their Teams to get as much of the budget in their organizations as they can. This week’s series is titled; Maximizing the Compensation Plan. This will be a great week to help you understand the concept of the comp plan and learn the mechanics of how to create your fortune. It is a don’t miss series.

2. Continue the most important habit you can form: personal development starting with January’s Book of the Month. Join all of the serious Leaders working in unison to move our Teams forward to total empowerment. You can find the Book of the Month list by logging into this website in the members section. Under the Personal Development tab print the list.
