The Race to Emerald is in full swing. I have never seen so many excited and focused people set on reaching their goal of becoming one of the first 100 Emeralds to share in the first 5% of the Profit Participation Program. Congratulations on another week of phenomenal growth and advancements to that end. We are continuing to grow over 30% each Cycle over the same Cycle of the previous Period. Across the board, from the Company itself to the Leaders on our Team, virtually everyone is experiencing that rate of organizational enrollment and volume increases. The simple and steadfast law in our industry of keeping pace with the growth of the company is the key to becoming one of the big earners here in Zija. It simple means when the company becomes the legacy company it is destined to become, then you too, will have a legacy business within the company. I am so excited to be part of the Team that is making such a difference in so many people’s lives both with their health as well as their prosperity. Let’s keep the pedal to the metal!

Speaking of keeping the pedal to the metal the company is at it again. I have written many times in recent blogs that the company, the DLC, the Chairmans Club members and Field Leaders are doing everything neccessery to give everyone the opportunity to win and win big. This will be evidenced again when the company makes another monumental announcement on the first Tuesday of the month Corporate Power Hour Call this comimg Tuesday. As far as the DLC and Chairmans Club members contribution, it is all about SMA, Short Term Massive Action. The travel schedules are intense. I know Triple Diamond, David Moses, was in California last week throwing gas on the Northern and Southern California markets. He will be in Atlanta this Thursday niight and Virginia Beach this Saturday for a Super Saturday. I will be following up in the Northern California March 16 - 18. Zija’s second Triple Diamond, Mike Sims, has been a road warrior also. His travel schedule is crazy. I don’t think he sleeps in his own bed once or twice a week. I know he will be with David Moses in Atlanta this Thursday at a fantastic event being hosted by Tony Fleming. Diamonds, Chris Estes, Mark Mandela and Pat Anderson are also burning up the highways. I also want to congratulate Paul Lovato who after 13 years part time in Network Distribution and just one year in Zija was able to walk away from his 33 year career as a cellular biologist and go full time with Zija. When I asked Paul why he has waited so long to go full time in the industry he told me it was because he was just never comfortable betting his income on the companies he was with but that Zija is a no-brainer. Q: Pat with your busy life and financial success that you have already achieved, why is ZIJA part of your life today?

A: That’s true, I am very busy and I have financial success but the problem is, if I don’t work hard, I don’t have this success. Why I became part of Zija is #1 for the product, to help my health challenges and #2 to finally create a true residual income. It is so great having a Team that works so well together, each of us doing our part so we can all become successful.

Q: There are so many nutritional products that are on the market these days, as a nutritional specialist what in your opinion makes the ZIJA products unique?

A: Zija is the first to market the Moringa Oliefera botonical in a liquid form. This tree has over 92 verifiable nutrients that are essential to good health. The next closest botonical has only 28 nutrients. There just is no comparison with what we have. We are not a juice company that combines many berries and hopes to come up with a nutrional drink. We use 1 tree which has everything we need. Also important to me is that Zija is an organic whole food drink that is good for everyone, from my grandbabies to my father.

Q: You have built your ZIJA business to the diamond level, but you have also assisted your kids to build their ZIJA business, have you done this with networking professionals or with new comers to the industry?

A: It is great working with my daughter and son and helping them create residual income. Both are on their way to Emerald also and I am going to work hard to assist them to do this. I love knowing that my Zija business will be passed down to my grandbabies. I would say over 90% of my business is made up of Non Networkers. Allot of my distributors are horse/farm people that just want to help their friends and family with their health. Once they start sharing the product they soon realize that there is a business opportunity for them and others. We are so fortunate to have one of the best products that creates an amazing MLM opportunity.

Q: How many people do you sponsor or introduce to ZIJA on a monthly basis?

A: There is not a day goes by that I don’t talk to someone about Zija. It will be 2yrs in April sinced I joined Zija and if we average all those I have introduced, it would be around 10/month.

Q: Congratulations on winning a cruise with ZIJA. I see you’re in the top 3 of the ZIJA challenge, with many of your teammates having won a cruise. Thoughts?

A: I feel very honored to have won 2 tickets on the first Zija Cruise. What excites me even more is that 7 of my distributors also qualified.

Q: In your opinion what is the single most important daily activity that has led to your success?

A: I am very disciplined in what I do everyday. If my goal that day is to talk to 3 people, I make sure I do it. I spend a lot of my day working with my downline doing trainings, 3way calls and goal setting. It is so important that everyone is trained and that is my responsibility.

Q: Zija has many tools and support systems that are used to introduce new people and teach them what to do, what are your favorite tools that you use?

A: I think we have some of the best tools available to build a successful business. I think we need to be on the conference calls along with prospects. I then send everyone to my website as it has all the video’s, audio’s and written info that talks about the product and company. When I am at trade shows I use the newspapers to hand out along with Russ Bianchi’s brochure on the product. I always give out cd’s to distributor prospects that you David have produced.

Q: How has the system helped you in building your business and creating a path for duplication?

A: Our system makes it easy to teach our new distributors how to build their business. It is my responsiblity to show them how to duplicate, they bring in 2 and teach them to bring in 2. It is a very simple system to follow and teach. My organization is great with this system. They spend allot of time teaching their distributor’s. I also do allot of conference calls with different sector’s of my organization teaching them how to duplicate.

Q: There is a huge company regional in Kansas coming up what are your expectations for this event?

A: I absolutely love my Kansas group. The enthusiasm and caring this group has to help people with both their health & wealth makes me very proud. At this meeting I know my team and others will come away knowing exactly what it is going to take to get them to Emerald and the profit sharing. Saturday will be packed with intense training to achieve this.

Q: What are you most passionate about with respect to your ZIJA business?

A: I love watching my team members striving to achieve their personal goals financially but more importantly to me is hearing their testimonials on how their health has changed for the better. This is my personal reward.

Q: What would you say to the new distributor who has the dream and aspiration of creating financial security for their family with ZIJA?

A: You need to treat your Zija business like you just spent 1 million $ to buy it. Write up your business goals and especially write down how many hours a day/week/month you plan on donating to your business. Write down how many people you are going to introduce to Zija on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. We have an opportunity if we work hard/smart for the next 18 months to create a residual income, people only dream about.

A: Build your business with integrity. Always be thinking on ways to help your downline become successful. Support everyone in all of Zija. We are all One Team and we need to always work together to build Zija into a Legacy company. I am very proud to be a part of Zija International.

The Race to Emerald is on and everything we do this year is all focused on bringing Zija to the $100 million benchmark and begin paying out the first pool in the Profit Participation Program. What is important this week?

1. Before you go to bed tonight: Go to your back office and under the Marketing Tab click on Online Library and print off the Profit Participation Program document and most important the Letter of Intent (LOI) document and have it for the Monday night call.

To all OTW business partners…

We have had an excellent start in 2010 and will continue to add major horsepower to grow our team such that we can achieve 100 Emeralds by 2011. Ken Brailsford has stated that he intends to achieve the first stage of corporate profit sharing by the first quarter of 2011 or sooner.

The list of new leadership emerging in Zija and the Oneteamworldwide organisation is expanding rapidly. January has been yet another growth month and with 5 Super Saturdays that took place on January 30th alone…February is looking even better!

The DLC meeting with Zija corporate has set an aggressive travel schedule for the next ninety days and all the upcoming events will be posted on the OTWEvents website. Be sure to stay informed and keep your team informed such that they can take full advantage to introduce new business partners.

The new corporate website goes live this week and will incorporate all the new products, starter packs, tools, and relevant information. Also there will be a series of NEW training videos that will articulate the Zija compensation plan, the moringa story, getting started, profit sharing, and much more. Each of these videos will focus on a specific aspect of our compensation plan in short 2 to 4 minute segments.

These new training videos will help advance duplication by providing a path for you to train your new distributors in a simple and consistent manner. The videos will be available on OneTeamWorldwide within two weeks and possibly this week.

Several new CDs including a power prospecting CD with Dale Taylor, and the new updated version of “Its About Time”….titled ZIJA 2010 and beyond will also be available in February.

How to take full advantage of the heavy event schedule for the next 60 days:

1. Build another revised list of business candidates that you would like to introduce to Zija
2. Be sure to assist all your team members to do the same.
