Hello Leaders,

Congratulations on another significant week. Zija and our organization continue to grow week after week. Cindy Chrenek’s training on Friday morning’s Go Diamond Daily Focus call was extraordinary. If you and your Team are not plugging in to these calls your business is not growing as fast as it could be growing. If you have not heard these calls listen in this week and see what I mean and what you are missing.

Cindy talked about how it is so important to stay focused during the summer. We all know people have many distractions with sports vacations and family events during the summer. But it ’s what we do in these months that will be reflected in our income this fall. I personally work harder in the summer than at any other time of the year. I know while people are making excuses about being so busy I can steal market share. I also know people who want to become wealthy do not take the summer off. You can tell a Leader not by their words but by their actions. Cindy is working very hard not only sponsoring but helping her Leaders grow their business. I know because she worked with a new member, Mary Bertrand in Arkansas, who became a Builder 500 this last Cycle.

Another person who is not buying into the summer myth is Grace Delacerna in New York. Last week, Cycle three, Grace enrolled four personals and helped two of them get their two. Grace is now our newest MIT Founder earning $900 dollar bonus. What is just as impressive is Grace tells me the other two personals have their two ready to enroll this weekend as soon as she has the time to help them with the MIT applications. Best of all that will be another $900 Founders bonus for Grace. AND the two under her first two have two so she can help her first two each get their two and a $900 Founders bonus each this week. WOW is that building fast or what? Everything is possible! Babies having babies. Way to go Grace.

I will be traveling to New York and New Jersey to facilitate a Super Saturday in New Jersey hosted by Grace and Tom Nolan July 11. If you have any contacts in New Jersey or New York make sure you have them at this event. They are on fire and I can’t wait to throw gasoline on that fire. As you can see the summer is the time to make the extra effort to focus and as Dale Taylor coaches, be consistent.

What can you do to grow your business this week?

Understand this could be perceived as a short week with Friday being a business holiday in the U.S. ahead of the Fourth of July Saturday. I just looked on the calendar and bygolly there is still seven days in this week. The office will be open Friday and I checked with them and they are going to leave the fax machine going all weekend. LOL

That means for you any MIT application faxed to the company on your Team before midnight MST Friday night will go into this Cycle. I suggest you watch Monday morning to make sure they are in the system. I always like to inspect what I expect especially when it can help someone on our Team get new pin level or earn a bigger check this week.

1. Be consistent and stay plugged in to the conference calls this week. don’t use the holiday as an excuse to blow of the week.

2. Get ready for success. Make sure you have CDs and product on hand for all the people you will encounter this week and over the holiday. Remember people are always in good spirits in a short week before a holiday. What a great time to invite them to learn about Zija.

3. Think through what you might say if you have an opportunity to introduce the business and/or the product. For example engage people in conversation about their health and/or their jobs. Then if it is appropriate you can tell them about and let them taste the product or ask them if they keep their income options open and give them a CD. In many cases it may be more appropriate to absorb the information they give you and call them back a day later and invite them to an Opportunity Call.

4. Engage your Team in setting goals of how many prospects everyone will commit to having on the Opportunity Calls this week including the Wednesday night Miracle Tree Call. Keep your Team in action by leading by example.

5. Set your goal to enroll two new MITs this week and to show those two new Distributors how to enroll their two new Distributors doing exactly what you did so you and everyone on your Team can earn $900.

The point is not to take a vacation from the empire you are building.
