Hello Leaders,

WOW is the best word to describe the success of the MIT - Millionaires In Training Founders Program! Phase One, is the program rollout, as we enroll the initial Distributors with the MIT Application. As of this week we are right at 500 MIT applications submitted. It has been a tremendous success in a short period of time. We estimate we will hit 1000 MIT apps. by mid July. I hope everyone is getting their fair share. This is the time to invest more time in your business so you don’t miss out on maximum market share in the MIT Program. It is also time for all of us to pick up our pace, enrolling as many new Distributors as we can, so they can take advantage of the one million dollar MIT Founders bonus budget.

What is so exciting about what’s happening is that as almost all companies in the industry are treading water or shrinking we are setting growth records. This is traditionally the slowest time of the year with all the distractions such as graduations and family vacations but we would never know it. If it is a slower time can you imagine when we hit peak season in late August through the Holiday season? Now is the time to get market share while everyone else is making excuses.

I want to highlight a couple markets that are seizing the moment.

As I compose this post, there is a Super Saturday happening in Northern California hosted by Paul Lovato with special guest Russ Bianchi. They are on fire. Paul Lovato achieved the rank of Silver in the cycle that just ended and making a run for Gold this cycle. How did he do it? Recruiting and focusing on helping people reach their goals. We burned the phones up this week with three-ways. He helped Melanie Linebaugh in Richmond, CA and Victor Hanley in Santa Rosa each reach Builder 500 last cycle. That’s all it takes. Two get two and help others get what they want and you will have everything you could ever desire in this company.

There is another Super Saturday being hosted by Debra Rothschild and facilitated by Dale Taylor in Elizabethtown, Kentucky today. I congratulate Debra and her Team for their short term massive action and the success they are having. As a Leader Dale knows where to go to throw gasoline on the fire. Leaders travel were the action is.

Next Saturday Don Pilcher will be conducting a Super Saturday in Chattanooga, TN hosted by Shane Pilcher. This is another young market that has used the MIT Founders Program to make significant progress in a short period of time to build their market and launch their businesses.

Grace Delacerna out of New York and Tom Nolan in New Jersey are having a ZBB (Zija Business Briefing) in New Jersey this Thursday night June 25 at the location below.

What can you do this week to move your business forward?

1. Inform every existing Distributor on your Team who is serious about building their fortune with Zija International how to upgrade to become an MIT. The program does have a life span and you want to set everyone up for success and to be able to earn the $500 bonus.

2. Build for the MIT Training Call Monday night within your organization.

3. Set your goal to enroll two new MITs this week and to show those two new Distributors how to enroll their two new Distributors doing exactly what you did so you and everyone on your Team can earn $900.

4. Engage your Team in setting goals of how many prospects everyone will commit to having on the Opportunity Calls this week including the Wednesday night Miracle Tree Call. It is a great belief building call about the product for all Distributors and prospects to experience.

6. Promote the next Saturday morning Fast Start- Go Builder Training Call to every single new Distributor that gets started this week. You also want to have them plug into the Go Diamond Daily Focus Call we have each morning Monday through Friday.
