We just wrapped up a very significant DLC (Distributor Leadership Counsel) meeting with corporate in Salt Lake City. We mapped out several significant marketing strategies as well as an event schedule of Corporate and DLC Regional events. All I can say is the best is yet to come. Keep close to all of the announcements that will be made over the next several weeks by reading your Zija Buzz and OTW email newsletters and being on the Monday night MIT Team training calls and the first Tuesday of the month Corporate Power Hour Calls. The next Corporate Power Hour Call is the First Tuesday of February which is this coming Tuesday night. Build big for it with your Team.

If I could sum up the DLC meeting it would be this; everything Corporate, the DLC and you should be focusing on to create the full momentum we are all looking for in 2010 revolves around sponsoring and creating Builder 500s. We know the biggest income earners in Zija have not even enrolled yet. Where we are as a company in our growth cycle points to momentum and triggering the first pool Profit Participation Pool of 100 Emeralds by the end of the year. If you wish to be one of the first 100 Emeralds then it is imperative that you focus on enrolling as many new Team Members as possible as you are working to create as many personal Builder 500 legs as you can. That is be the key to reaching Emerald and qualifying for the pool. Everything we discussed from marketing strategies to technology and Leadership was focused on exactly that. Stay tuned the best is yet to come!

As evidence of the kind of industry success stories that are joining Zija just read the latest Zija Buzz. Congratulations to Double Diamond and DLC Member Mike Sims for attracting industry Leader Tony Fleming in Atlanta, Georgia. We welcome Tony to the Team and congratulate him for becoming a Silver Executive in his first week.

I also want to congratulate the newest member to the DLC, Chris Estes in Elizabethtown Kentucky. Zija international is the first company Chris has been involved with in the Network Distribution Industry and has rocketed up the pin levels to Diamond Executive. His insights will be invaluable as a member of the DLC.

These are two examples of the kind of individuals that will accelerate Zija International’s growth this year. Whether someone has or does not have experience in the industry, Zija is the company that you can build your future and the long-term residual income with that will set you free from the day-to-day trap that 97% of all people find themselves in. It’s time to dream of the possibilities and focus on what you have to do to find and become one of the many success stories that will be a part of Zija history and lore. I have attached a little dream building material. The best is yet to come!

Now for a couple of other amazing success stories that happened this week which show the possibilities for you if you focus on sponsoring the right people and working with them to become builder 500s. My admiration goes to Dale Taylor and two new Teams he has just started in the last period.

First, Angie Anderson from Nashville, TN advanced from Builder to Builder 500 and then to Builder 1000 in just one week as a result of sponsoring Theresa LeJohn from Lexington, SC who became a Builder in her first week. Theresa has experience in the Network Distribution industry and even won a pink Cadillac in her first six months in her previous company . Theresa sponsored a dynamic individual by the name of Shannon Hunter also from Lexington, SC who also got her two and became a Builder in two Days. I know things are popping in South Carolina and they are about to light the bonfire this next week so be looking for some serious rank advancements from this market.

Second, on the other side of the US in Tucson, AZ where Dale lives, Mel Potter became a Builder by sponsoring his first two Distributor. But here is the concept and the Power of Two… those two each enrolled two and one of his two, George Alexander, went from Distributor to Builder 500 when he sponsored two people, one of which has also been in the industry, and has a HUGE warm market. Congratulations to Gordy Alderson for also rank advancing to the level of Builder 500 and just missing Builder 1000 in his first four days. Also congratulations to Connie Gibbon for reaching Builder 500. Look for even more people to rise to the top out of the Tucson group as they are changing lives.

What a week Dale had as he also helped another personal Julie Whiteing in Des Moines, IA reach Builder 500. I know how focused Dale is on helping his Team Members be successful and duplicate and asked him what he thought most important in the success these Distributors are having. His response was “it has all do to with the power of Zija’s Moringa products and the ability for people to be humble enough to be coachable and follow a simple duplicatable system”.

1. Build with your Team for the 9:00 am (EDT) morning Go Diamond Daily Focus Calls; Get “plugged-in”.
This week’s series is titled; Launching your business fast through PBRs and personal events. This will be a great week to help you understand how to launch your business or a brand new Distributors business fast and to create a compelling 30 day story that will attract everyone you want in your business.

2. Get the Book Of The Month for February: Sponsoring and working with the right people is the key to success and for the duplication necessary to build a massive Team. Just ask Mike, Chris and Dale. February begins a new month and it is most appropriate the Book Of The Month for February is THE ENERGY BUS by Jon Gordon. Go to the book store or to amazon.com and get it immediately. It is an incredible book that will help you understand the power of positive people and the necessity to stay away from the negative. A must read.
