Is this an incredible time to be building Zija or what? Records being set every week. Rank advancements at the higher levels has begun. Experienced Builders joining the company. I don’t know about you but I have a sense of emergency to grab as much market share for our Team as fast as I can. Lets focus together and make this new Period not just a record setting, but a record shattering, period. Let’s go after the best and the brightest people in the industry as well as outside the industry. Are you with me?

Do you feel the same way?

Can you believe all the great announcements last week? What a fantastic way to begin a brand new full Period in our compensation plan. If used properly, these incentive programs can double and triple your business in Period Nine which starts today. How can you take advantage of them?

First, get qualified - If you did not start with a Z-5 when you enrolled simply place a personal product order for cases of product that would equal 5 total. As an example if you started with a two case Smart Kit, order three cases, which would equal five as in Z-5.

Second, understand them. I have attached the flyers so you can read the details.

1. Z-5 Mega-Match- One free case of product for the enroller and the new Distributor who starts with a Z-5 First Order. Remember you must be qualified personally with a Z-5. Will you be one of the Top Three Recruiters for the contest period and win your trip to the Go diamond event in and have dinner with Mr. Brailsford, the corporate executives and the DLC?

2. Letter of intent (LOI) - This is worth millions. The company updated the first step in qualifying to be part of the first Profit Participation Program. Again you must have started with a Z-5 First Order or upgraded. enroll two Z-5s and have a Builder 500 in your first 60 days.

3. Win a free car in Cedric Penn’s sponsoring contest. Points are awarded for sponsoring and ten point getters will have a chance to win an incredible automobile at our annual convention.

Third, promote them to your Team. Make sure everyone in your organization understands and promotes them. Have these promo sheets with you everywhere you go and have them to give everyone you present to. Have copies at all meetings and trainings. Every conversation you have with a Team Member talk about the promotions and how they are implementing them in their business. Build this into the culture of your organization.

Fourth, set a goal. How many Z-5s do you want to personally enroll this period? Remember for each one there is a free case of product for you and the new Distributor. How many new Distributors do you want to add to your Team this Period? Work with your Leaders in setting their goals and you will have yours. Have you set a goal to have your LOI fully satisfied and faxed in by the end of this period? How many on your Team do you want to have satisfied LOIs? Will you and how many from your team will be top recruiters and part of the ten who have a key to start the Lincoln MKZ at convention?

Fifth, use them. Use these incentives to enroll more Distributors and to enroll them with larger first orders. Who wouldn’t want free product? Get more product in the market with larger orders and free product. Get bigger checks to your Team because of bigger First Order Bonuses and more volume for Team Volume Commissions. Create more new pins than ever before because of increased enrollment and larger First Orders. All this will increase the size of your Team and the autoships which are the life-blood of your residual income.

Set a goal of how many guests you will have and how many of your go-getters will have guests on each call. All the Leaders are packing their schedules for three-ways immediately following each call.
